Together with the winemaker from the PLANETA winery, we will take you on a journey through Sicily's various terroirs, all of which are certified organic. Despite its focus on innovation and modernity, the Ritratto family has never strayed from its historical and ritualistic interpretation of wine. On the one hand, there is a deep connection to the ancient Sicilian winemaking tradition with its rich heritage of indigenous grape varieties; on the other hand, there is an interest in international grape varieties that are best suited to these areas, without neglecting the most advanced and visionary grape variety experiments.
